40″ OLED from Samsung
Many scientists discuss the usage of the new OLEDs and technology that been used in it. The ne organic technology still looks skeptical for many companies and consumers. Although Samsung will display new product in OLED area. Introduction of the new 40″ inch OLED monitor from Samsung will be at the CES 2008 Exhibition.
The new OLED technology is one of the largest concurrent in the monitor industry. One of the main reasons why OLED does not sell is a price. Price changes will not occur till 2010. New OLED monitor will be the largest in that series because the first OLED monitor that was released to the markets was from Sony called XEL-1 and has 11″ diagonal. Monitor created by the Samsung will four times larger.
Complete monitor characteristics has not been released and the price remains unknown.
