AU Optronics is ready for serial production of 14-inch OLED-Display
Taiwan-based AU Optronics (AUO) exhibited at FPD International 2009 (October 28-30, Yokohama) 14-inch OLED-display with Full HD-resolution 1080p (1920×1080 pixels).
