Crysis will run on notebooks
NVIDIA introduced two new chipsets for the gamer notebooks: GeForce 8800M GTX and GTS. This model is the fastest GPU for the notebooks.
There only one deference between the GeForce 8800M GTX and GTS is number of the stream processors. The GTX model has 96 and GTS only 64. IN everything else both chipsets are the same. Both of them has 512 Mb of memory, 256 bits bus and the memory frequency is 1600 Mhz.
New GPUs support all the original technologies by the NVIDIA such as PowerMizer and PureVideo HD (which delivers best quality of the HD videos). Also new chipsets support DirecX 10. According to the company this chipsets will allow gamers to play such games as Crysis, Unreal Tournament 3 and Call of Duty 4 on the notebooks.
Further more many notebooks companies will put these chipsets in their laptops. For example famous company Alienware will put GeForce 8800M GTX in their new coming out models called Area-51 m15x and Area-51 m17x. These notebooks will be released in the beginning of the next year.
