Facebook ruined spammer for $ 711 million
Lawyers social network hoped that it still go to jail.
Court of San Jose (California) condemned “spam king” Sanford Wallace to pay $ 711 million social network Facebook. Mr. Wallace has access to client accounts of social network and sent on their behalf “trash” to other participants.
“We certainly do not expect to receive the full amount of the fine – confessed chief counsel Facebook Sam O’Rourke. – But we hope that the sentence will scare other spammers.”
According to the comuters internet blog Facebook representative said that a California judge issued a request to the Prosecutor General of the United States brought against Sanford Wallace criminal case. “So he might, and will sit in jail” – wistfully suggested Mr. O’Rourke.
