Google released new version of the Google Maps
Google released second version of Google Maps for mobile devices. The best feature of this version is My Location unction.
From now if you want determine your current location you do not need GPS system. All you need is to download the new Google Maps for Mobile 2.0 and press [0] button. The blue dot on the screen will show you location on the image. Calculations of you coordinates is done by the data about base cellphone stations.
This service is not available in every country. The lucky countries are US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Russia. Also not every single will support such amazing feature form Google Maps. This attribute available in any Windows Mobile phone, Blackberry, Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition and few phones from Palm, Motorola and SonyEricsson.
