MSI will release the e-book on the NVIDIA Tegra
According to computers internet blog sales of paper literature is falling and e-book market becomes more attractive to electronics manufacturers. Thus, the company Micro-Star International (MSI) is preparing to release a device for reading electronic books based on the NVIDIA Tegra. Said head of MSI, Joseph Hsu (Joseph Hsu) noted that due to some problems of implementation of the announcement of a unique “reading room” had to be postponed to the first half of 2010. Right now version of the electronic book is going be to presented and by ASUS.
According to company president Jerry Shen (Jerry Shen), a device with a 9-inch display will be released limited “circulation” in the very near future. This will be purely niche device, which, apparently, vendor is going test their innovations. Electronic book for the mass market in a standard form factor ASUS will release in the first quarter of next year. Interestingly, the head of Gigabyte Technology Richard Ma (Richard Ma) stated that the company has no plans to develop netbooks and electronic “newsreaders.”
